We are an organization of young men who, together with their families, participate in structured programs of volunteerism, philanthropy, and personal development. It is through these programs that we believe these young men will grow up to become strong community leaders.
What We Do
Hello and welcome to the website for Teen Volunteers In Action. Our membership includes young men in grades 7th through 12th, with our purpose being exclusively educational and charitable. The volunteer opportunities for our teens involve active, hands-on service in our community.
The teens must meet certain minimum event requirements to remain in good standing in the organization. Please view our Membership Requirements for detailed information of what is expected of our members.
We also offer the high school level members an opportunity to participate on the Leadership Council. The Council is an opportunity for the teens to further develop their leadership and organizational skills. They have the responsibility of organizing one of the monthly philanthropic events, as well as communicating with their grade level and reporting any suggestions, comments, or requests, to the board. Link to more on Leadership Council Responsibilities.
If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact our founding chapter, via email, at NationalPresident@tvia.org.

Space is very limited for grades 8–10 and varies by individual chapter and given year. Click here for answers to many commonly asked membership questions. For membership inquiries, contact the VP, Membership of the chapter you are interested in:
